It's 3 Grange Road North, yes that't the one next to the big grey block, but it's not as bad with the light and sun as it seems. If you are interested just come and have a look at different times of the day!
I must admit our jungle of trees takes more off the light. But that could be changed.
It's much larger inside as it looks from the outside. We use 4 rooms as bedroom (ok, one is really small).
And it's a dry home without mould.
The roof is really ok, you could tell over the rainy last week. And though it's close to the beach (you can actually see it from the front porch if you are over 1.70m tall, otherwise take a chair)
it's in a safe distance and kind of elevated compared to the other roads.
It has a nice feeling to it, too.
And the streets - you have access from Grange Road and Grove Road are awsome for kids to play and your pets are pretty safe, too.
